spearfishing in the kayak

i have decided to take up spearfishing. i am tired of sitting on the water all day catching nothing except small slimes and watching these guys pull up 30 to 40 lbs yellowtail. if anyone else does spearfishing let me know i need some advice!

i have some spear guns that need some work. i would trade for a game clip or something
