NPH Sunday

Anyone going to NPH this Sunday? I'm planning on going out for my first time, and wont go out too far unless someone else is going (safety 3rd )

Any good areas out there? Without giving away your honey-holes, of course...

Let me know if anyone wants to join. I'll be in a red/yellow OK Trident.

I wont have any line on my reel's until Saturday... Bummer! Otherwise I'd take the day off work. I tend not to do much on Fridays. Funny how that works...

Awesome! I'll keep an eye out. I was planning on getting there around 530-6. From what I understand, most people park near the CG station, right?

Just FYI: Parking at the CG station is 6am - 10pm, I got there once at 5:30 and I was told I had to come back at 6

Ah, bummer! Good info. Thank you! I'll plan for 6am arrival.

One last shameless bump for anyone who didn't see this thread yet.

Nice meeting you today! I beat the Skunk, caught a couple mackerel. It's been years since I've been fishing, had a great time out there today. Used all plastics today, planning on making a bait tube for the next trip. Right after we met, I paddled out to the middle of the channel and just drifted for about 10 minutes. Very relaxing. I pulled out of the water around noon. How'd you do over at Crystal Cove? That seems like a bit of a paddle from the harbor. How long did it take you?
