Dana Point: 14 April

Joining a buddy of mine. Trying to target Hali on a spot everyone is drifting on.
Anyone else want to join. 5:45am at the ramp. I'll be on ch 71

the weather is best on Sunday. But I'm doing volunteer service with young bucks.

Fish: 1

Question: Got into warbaits and using bigger BH for the kelp bed.
I got this from the JIGshop up at Dana point.

what do you guys thing about using these in the kelp beds.

The bottom left I caught one kelp bass with it.

Sunset outing. ..

I'm going to try on Sunday afternoon. Beer, sunset, and maybe a fish or two. Not sure to head south or north. decisions decisions.

Weather looks good now, but some pretty good gusts of wind.
