Oceanside Pier

Another Bait report.
Went to OSide Pier to see catch some dinner.
Notice the surf fishing was not going on.
Once I passed the bait shop everyone I mean everyone was on the south side fishing.

I was the only one by myself on the Northside

Got there around 2pm left 8pm casted live bait (Mac)
something ran off with it couldn't set the hook and took half the bait.

Other then that sabiki saw a lot of action.
Now watch the video everyone I pass catches something

LOL... yes my young days of 2008 and coming back from Iraq.
The Marine Corps gave me little breath things so it told me not to take a chance to drink and drive. Lucky I have a wife!

lol. we got tons of them. they were thick last week. i could see them slapping bait at the middle of the pier. and the past several weeks they've been making an appearance at night at the end. i would have gone out tonight but i dont feel like gaffing and keeping one. and the yak is high and dry right now.

we also have Mako, blue and soupfin.
