i generally upload the picture in photobucket. then i use the direct link on the photobucket website that is attached on the picture i am trying to upload. Then i click on the icon with a mountain and a moon and paste it there on the post i am trying to make.

Upload your photos to Photobucket.com. While on your album page, place the cursor over the pic you want to put in your post. A drop down menu will appear from which you select the IMG Code. Right click the code and select copy from the list. Paste that code in your post at the location you want the pic to appear.
