La Jolla Shores TuesPM and Wed AM.

Paddled out around 5:00pm tues to a almost windless and lifeless ocean. Bait seemed to be plentiful, as I filled my bait tank very quickly. Headed out with one mac high and the other low. No action all night except for the bass under the kelp paddys. Down at the landing around 5:30 am. wed. morning, No surf today. Bait was fairly easy to come by. The ocean was so calm today, maybe a half foot swell, again very little wind. Well same deal as last night, No signs of any yellows at all. Saw no surface fish, conditions were perfect for catching fish, except I could not find them Calicos and logs very plentiful, to much so. Maybe not enough tidal movement right now.

It's been kind of a bitch lately, where the conditions can look so good, but the fish seem to be nowhere. Thanks for the report.
