I do what I can, at least he is hooked on kayak fishing after this trip and will most likely be back next year with his own gear!

Thanks for the info, fellas.
The YT bite was too hot to even try for halibut. I caught 9 YT. Biggest was 29lbs and Day 1 Jackpot winner. I also caught a ~10lb YT rippin' a Big Hammer across the surface, targeting the thousands of bonito that were out there. This was my 6th trip and definitely one of the best. It was GLASS all weekend. |
