Friday night

went hooping friday night for seven hr for thr first 4 hr nothing but
short about midnight finaly got one and another at one was a slow night
til when i call it a night on my last full that yeild three more and
a nice size rock fish. phone was dead when i landed and no picture.
took a pic the next day after i gave three away they are still alive
after been out of the water for 8hrs. pictures coming up.
total of
5 spiny and 1 rock fish

I havent had five legals in a while, nice job.

You are not legally allowed to keep fish caught in a hoop.I have had quite a few nice sculpin over the years.

San Diego Bay - Halloween Lobster Limit

Hey Folks,

San Diego Bay was alive last night. The trick I think is the water outside is cold and the water in the bay is warm. Where they mix on the incoming tide, lobsters go nuts. I got a limit in about 3-hours and was home before midnight. All were caught within easy reach for Kayakers.
