No, I wouldn't get that if it were me. It is too fast and you are going to have to slow down your cadence which will restrict you from reeling through the strike. There isn't enough torque on the high speed reels to bring up an angry fish.

"BOIL OFF THE BOW"

The multiple hits were awesome. Great work on the fish and the video. I like your samurai style fishing.

Awesome. Well done Kevin. I like the tutorial feel to it. That is definitely a niche that needs to be exploited. Keep them coming.

Great vid. Thanks for sharing. I watched your vid several times and couldn't see what you were seeing. Were there boils that I didn't see or did you spot a group of breezers? I haven't fished near enough this summmer, let alone gotten my surface iron game on. Thanks for the inspiration. My venerable calstar 90J/Newell 338 combo will see some action asap. Mike

About a school of 300 free swimming below the surface. A nice juicy, hungry school.

Epic video!!! That was awesome getting to see the strike from cast to gaff. That's what I hate about most of the kayak fishing vids on youtube. The video cuts in in the middle of the action and you don't get to see the whole story play out. Thanks for the great footage!
