REMINDER

IF ANYONE FROM THE LA/OC AREA WANTS TO CARPOOL FOR THIS WEEKENDS TRIP SHOOT ME A PM, I CAN FIT 3-4 KAYAKS ON MY TRUCK. I PLAN ON LEAVING BETWEEN 4-5PM, SHOULD PUT ME IN SAN DIEGO BETWEEN 6-8PM.

Did you get a call from OEX? I notice you said you were leaving at 5 from OC.

They told me to be there at the dock around 5 because it takes a long time to load the yaks

No, I haven't so I'm glad I posted this. I guess I will call them today and see what they have to say.....thanks for the heads up

First off, Yes guys youll want to be there by like 6 so that the crew can load all the boats and get out of there at a decent time. There are a good amoutn of poeple on this trip which means a lot of gear to load.

Second, I currently have 4 open spots if anybody is interested. Folks had to drop off meaning that anybody who wants on could do so.

the worst case would be having to go to Catalina...
other than that...
we'll roll with the punches and fish our brains out no matter where we are!

I'd rather fish what little area is open at SCI and not have to deal with the boat traffic at Catalina.

one time we left at 2:00 and did not get there untill 6:30....
4.5 hours of hell!
after that trip, we always leave here (Woodland Hills) by 12:30 at the latest...leave plenty of time for freeway madness!
