I am going to guess that you got the space save RAM Mount with 2 bolts. Easy enough, drill your holes and bolt it up. Drilling 1" holes for the scotty or RAM flush mounts takes a little more precision with the spade bit and the rudder lines under there..........again these 2000 RAM Tubes are killer with the pivot point 1/2 way up the tube, less of a stretch to pull out the rod..I use rivets on RAM mounts and no backing plate.
