Looks like a Heddon lure to me with the blades on both ends.

Yup, Heddon. Haven't seen one with the props in front & back in a long time.

It's junk, send it to me for diosposal

Classics do nothing if you don't use them.

definitely the heddon "eye" paint job. kinda phased out with the skirt tail buzzbait invented .collectors item wouldnt use it due to having to jerk the crap out of it to get the blades going .
