I'll mark my calendar also. Now do you want to fish near S.I. or take all that time paddling to the jetty? In March the Halibut should be starting to really go on the chew and I know some spots close to S.I. that we can try. Let me know what you want to do and we'll plan for that.

I'll probably be at the launch by 5 so I can get the Yak down, and geared up to launch at 6. I like to get as much fishing time possible.

Tip
Might shorten your paddle a bit to launch from the foot of Lawrence Street. Just keep heading down Rosecrans past the SI turnoff and make a left on Lawrence before you hit the sub base gate. Probably shave at least a few hundred yards off the trip.
