If you are in SLC and have any interest in local history, visit the LDS offices downtown. They have a crew of very knowledgeable docents who will take you to the top of their building, (the tallest in town) while giving a very interesting short history of the region and the LDS church. They are very careful not to come off as recruiters but if you are curious about Mormon culture, these are the folks to ask.
I used to live in Park City and even as a semi-local, I learned a lot of things that I did not know. It is worth a couple hours of your time. Bob |

You gotta eat at the Red Iguana. Some of the best Mexican food I've had. I 2nd El Rodizio as well.
