Tunaseeker...the Fred Hall shows in March at the L. B. Convention center and later in the month in Del Mar are the places to go for fishing hooping or kayak seminars. There are seminars every 45 minutes on just about any topic you're interested in.
Most of the major tackle and kayak companies are there to answer all your questions too.
