I like how most of the expanding of the existing areas was explained as needing to be done so that people would be able to recognize the boundary...
Thanks to all who made it up there...If I hadn't been in C school I'd have taken leave early to get there... I've just recently started fishing again, and it kills me to think, if some have their way, by the time I have grandkids I won't be able to take them fishing off the coast... Markus |

Kayaker's baitfishing at scripps pier proposal was passed.

![]() One question, If I fish aoutside of a closed area, can I travel through a closed area with my catch? As in towards a beach where I want to land? How would this be enforced? |

Nothing I like better than to stand in a crowded room and listen to some environmental lunatics spewing the crap that they have been fed as though it were truth. And others that think that Prop. 3 is going to magically reduce pollution and runoff. They really know not what they do, only what they have been force fed.

They did vote to leave the entire pier open to bait making, but the north boundary will be moved to just south of the pier.
