andy it was user error once back in harbor took a look to see what caused this from happening it was that my buddt didn't remove the exit plates on bait tank that along with the scuppers pluged under the seat water filled up and down the side hatch.he may want to get seal on side hatch checked out though.we bought or boats at the factory second sale and i could not be happier with my purchase i really dig the xfactor.
