Excellent to see you get results finally!!.

BTW I think you might find an extra rudderpost fixed into the rear hatch of your boat if you need it in the future. I had no idea that hobie had done that til recently when I was doing some maintenance. give it a look.

I think I saw you heading out as I was coming in yesterday. I also picked one up about the same size and missed another one. I couldn't find any bait so I was using a bare iron. A couple winds off the bottom in 100 ft of water is where I got my action. Got mine at 7:30 and was on the beach at 10
