Great story, looks like El Cap?
Was up in that area this week and hit goleta beach for halibut. Definitely not August conditions, water was dirty and almost un-fishable. |

Still not seeing many big schools of pacific mackerel, which usually start showing up this time of year when the water warms up a bit. Lots of 'dines though. |
