Gino, preheat oven during the frying process
at 400F, cook at 375F for 15mins. This method can be used for large pieces of meat, fish or steaks. |

yani, i await eagerly for your WSB steak recipes, as i have steaked mine out like yours, except i stopped steaking at the tail, and did a tail portion fillet.
collar, belly meat and scrap were all saved for individual consumption and soup. nothing will go to waste on this one.

Yani, you are one insanely good chef. Love the pics of the steaked out fish. Wifes gonna use that recipe tomorrow night to check it out. Tonight I guess we just have to suffer through grilling it.
