At the demo days I tried the 13' and the 11' - I thought the 13' tracked a lot better.
Hoping to take it out today at Mission Bay - always depends on the boss - unless I go early in the day. ![]() |

In the bay it'll track well, but if you're in the open ocean and there's a
swell or wind, you find yourself spending many strokes correcting your track when going downwind or perpendicular to the swell direction. Good luck with the kayak. Either way, the Trident is a great boat! I've had mine for years and have over 1,500 miles on it.

I personally like the Trident 13 myself, I have not paddled it yet, but I know I'm going to like it from all that I have researched on them.
