I was out there today, so I won't be there tomorrow. But bait was pretty easy to make once the sun started to come out.
Do you have a fish finder? That's about all you'll need to find bait. Just look for marks on the screen, and don't get "fish marks" confused with "kelp marks". haha As for the launch, the K rail is still up, so you will need your wheels. Its relatively safe there, if you're there early, there are few people around anyways. In the afternoon though, I personally carry all my rods and reels with me to my truck, rather than leaving them on the kayak. Just ask someone you see to keep an eye on your gear. (BTW Bring a GPS or compass, it was super foggy today.)
