lj 5-6 pm

Launched around 4pm with my buddy Sam, and saw the biggest bird pile I've seen in a while (somewhere near the Dec YT spot).. of course it dispersed b4 we could even get close. That was the only excitement for the evening. Current was rippin, wind was howlin, swell and chop were nasty..made some spanish that were tight to the kelp and dragged em around for nothin. Was pretty dead out there, even the sealions were smart enough not to come out...

Ponding sand

Hit Pontos today pm. Nice seal carcus sitting on the beach with a big old fillet missing, clean through the bones. It also had what looked like a bullit hole in the head. Fillet wounds might have been post mortem. Non the less that pinne had a real bad day.
