That was Noah, an angler from Oceanside...though not kayak anglers, proof it has an effect...hope he and his Dad see it, his testimony was what was needed, right on...

The boys name is actually Otto and his Dad's name is Simon. They are on the BD site and I first met them when they participated in the MLPA Awareness Caravan that I organized. They have attended several MLPA mtgs as well. They fish together quite a bit and are good people. I will post this on BD so they see it!

We did a bus ride set up by a BD'er and met at the Oside park n ride, bus driver went down a side street to turn around and passed by Otto's school. Hilarious when his Dad told him to duck...
