Billy Billy Billy...I'm sure it tasted wonderful....BUT that looks hideous!!
 Looks like a bunch of chunked up catfish bait spread across a plate! Now I'm 4th generation american but I still got my japanese blood in me and I can tell you that presentation is everything when it comes to sashimi and sushi. I gotta take a picture next time of what I'm looking at before I'm diving into fresh bluefin/yellowfin. I'm almost tempted to print that photo out and show my mother! she'd get a kick out of that!

My last attempt at putting together a plate. Probably not as good as Grego but I think the presentation was acceptable. Maguro and Toro..
