I am also a member of Surfrider and today received an email from them about a meeting on September 30th to give your input about the MLPA's. Is anyone headed to that meeting?

MLPA Community Forum Information: September 30, Wednesday from 7-8pm at the Encinitas Community/Senior Center located at 1140 Oakcrest Park Drive  in Encinitas. Forum is located in Room 142B.

Who cares what battery to use, what FF is best, how to catch

? If we don't act, we could lose all the spots that are accessible to kayakers for fishing forever.

This MLPA thing is the most important issue to a kayakfishermen today. We all need to make the commitment to show up, and we can't let up. Now is the time to pay attention.

Be ready for December 9th and 10th.
