Sad. Looks like the stress of the fall and maybe the colder water gave the poor guy a heart attack since he was awake when the medics got him. Sucks

It lends evidence to the point that we Kayak Fisherman are at the mercy of the ocean winds, and swell. Fishing a Safe distance from shore is imperative.
