Cool...

I guess the next tournament will be at La Jolla, and I hope everyone likes my Yellowtail Sandwiches .

Kaiser roll with melted pepperjack cheese.

Whole grain mustard with a small amount of mayo.

1/4" thin sliced filets of Yellowtail that have been marinated in a sweet soy ginger for 3 hours, then quick seared for 45 seconds on each side at high heat, carmelized perfectly cooked goodness.

Very thin sliced red onion rings with a leaf of Romaine lettuce, and about 6 jalapeno peppers per sandwich.

Yes, of course it's paired with a cold beer.

I never had Yellowtail. I'll try a bite. Sounds pretty good! See you on the 15th.

So what your saying is your not in the tournament?

Here is an updated list of Anglers for the day.

Our next Baytuber tournament will be at La Jolla! February 15, 2009. Launch time 6am weigh in at 1pm. La Jolla Shores will be the weigh in and sign ups will be in the parking lot to the left of the launch area when leaving the sand.(close to the main lifeguard station) Same rules apply except only three kinds of fish will be allowed for weigh in. WSB, Yellowtail and Halibut.

Driving Directions
From the north, take Interstate 5 south and exit at La Jolla Village Drive westbound. Turn left at the signalized intersection at Torrey Pines Road and follow it to the signalized intersection at La Jolla Shores Drive.
