Nice job, I have never caught a YT on a swimbait! Will b. would be proud of the longlining method!

Thanks Darkhorse

Thanks Darkhorse, it was your recent posts that helped motivate me to go out after them. Then I saw you at the beach in the morning going out, and I was even more pumped. I had a little extra boost of confidence knowing you were going to be out there too. When he got to the surface, he pretty much rolled over and gave up, so I wasn't worried then. I was praying more when he was about halfway up. That's when he went on his mightiest runs. I can only imagine what a 35 to 40 pounder feels like!

Excellent Job! I am still waiting for mine.I fished LJ for the 3rd time yesterday.I saw you at the launch.I have a wheat colored Big Game.
I Yo-yoed till my yo yoer broke.I did manage a legal Barracuda which I though was odd for this time of year.I would go more often, but I live 100 miles away.

... you never forget your first YT. I remember being so excited I almost hurled. Nobody else was around to share the moment, so I just kind of sat there and twitched in a weird YT trance...

NICE ONE

Great fish, your first yellowtail is something you will never forget. I remember passing you on me way in and you were one happy camper.
Congrats.
