Seriously all I see is a solid blue color with two coats of flexcoat. Here's a picture of a rod that done, it's good enough for me. If I would change anything I would make the first A rap smaller or use b thread so the resin doesn't penetrate on the blank so much for rewrapping purposes. I will be dead when that time comes.
I know for a fact from having to rewrap old poles some of the guides strip easy and never came loose fighting a fish making easy strip of the blank. And other rods to much resin makes it hard you have to scrap and sand blank to get it smooth and sanding a blank will make it more flexible than the original wt rating.
Those guides with the epoxy look good! Better than mine. I do basic wraps for functionality, and nothing fancy.
