What's up with bite marks? Did you forget the gaff and bite that fish to bring it on the boat?

Thankfully I did have the gaff, but nothing to secure the fish. Pulled a gill and slid it in the front hatch. Scared the crap out of me the few times it went off inside the hull. Pulled the fish out on the way in for the photo. Find that ones big sister and then I'll be running south for my squid eatin' YT subs.
