seems like they are selling factory direct at least with the pre orders, they should be able to sell them for a lot less if that is the case and where do they get serviced?

Do you just get referred to the local Hobie dealer?

What is really weird is that it does not look like they copied Hobie, it looks like they are using actual Hobie parts in their design at least on the proto-type.
