Worth it?

Any other addicts goin out this weekend after the rain? My head tells me conditions won’t be favorable but my heart says go. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been out and I’m itching. Anyone wanna meet at Dana this weekend?

I've been off the water since mid-Oct. The transmission in my car went south. The SUV I'm using until I can get a different car is way too tall for me to get a yak onto. Hopefully by mid-Jan I'll have something. This is all to say GO! If it stinks out there, come in early. That's usually what I do.

Looked at today, water was surprisingly blue with areas of brown dirty water. I cant go, but like you I'm itching too.

I figured the creek had to blow out at doheny and make it a mess. Days like today make me really miss Irvine lake.

I do but for the last few years they have had a really bad problem with golden algae. First stock went in last month and went belly up within the first few hours and have canceled the rest of the stocks for this year. Not much left in OC for fishing.
