Cant tell what's going on in the pic. Was it taken from a yakker or other small boat?
If so, then yeah.....waaay too close for comfort. People gotta have their heads on a swivel and always be on alert

It was about 3:30p.m. Coming into the Redondo harbor. Fortunately I had my phone out this dude came right up on me. I didn’t know what to say or do. So I said Hi, How’s your day? So he turned around. He was about 20ft from me.
Mistakes happen, gotta get the whistle, horn and flag. |
