Mine came with a seat, the strap for the seat, a water bottle, lip gripz, lots of stickers, the tub for center hatch, KKRATE, and 3 rod holders. Maybe this is because I have a 2016 Kraken Elite but if this helps let me know.

Honestly the tub for the center hatch is useless, mine serves as storage in my garage. However, the KKRATE is super useful and I turned mine into a live bait tank so definitely press to get one of those.

I used my center hatch insert all the time, it was the only place for loose items. The JKrate as a livewell is awesome, make sure to get it (you'll need to buy the plumbing kit). Mine also came with a flashlight/bottle opener mounted to the center hatch, but not sure if they include those any more. Looks like you got the rocket launchers and lumbar support. I added the rudder kit to mine, best upgrade ever if you paddle in the wind.

I almost forgot, mine came with a tackle box too. It mounted to the gear track in front of the KKrate.

I think the cuda’s hatch is shorter than the kraken’s. If you want, I’ll be down in San Diego on the 7th and I can give you mine for free. Just let me know!

Go to OEX. It’s called gear track and they should have some.

The mount is just a piece of "L" shaped plastic, like the ones on the KKrate, and the gear track hardware to hold it on. You could easily make your own.

So I have the gear track but looking for that L shape bracket thing I'll have to see what I can come up with when I get my kkrate in
