For my usual La Jolla trips, I pretty much always bring: 1 Nalgene of Water 1 Matte or Tea 2 hardboiled eggs 2 snack bars ginger or mango chews 1 pack of seeds During summer months or on longer trips, I pack beer and a sandwich or leftover pizza from Blind Lady Ale House. Some natural bars choices that are pretty good: Bobo bars Larabar Kind Raw Revolution Oatmega Niibar Perfect Bar |

I’m a bit of a Trader Joe’s commercial out there.
I’m usually on the road at four in the morning to get to my spot, and I down one of their Sandwich wraps in the car with a canned coffee. For a day that ends around 2 PM, are usually keep 2 to 3 Cliff bars, a couple of caffeinated drinks, a couple of coconut waters, and a wrap for around noon liter of water. |
