First Yellow on Kayak!! - Kayak Fishing Adventures on Big Water’s Edge

Got my first yellow from my kayak today!! 30lbs and 45” to the tail. 70ft of water with the yoyo two others hooked up right next to me each pulled one up. What a fight forsure never going to forget and will be back for more!!

Thanks!! Wasn’t bad launch was easy but the swells started to pick up once I was out fishing the return wasn’t bad either but I made a rough entrance back to shore

.You'll never forget that first especially that size, because of their strength, number of runs and the sweet noise the reel makes when they're pulling heavy drag. OH MAN, that's almost as good as sex. Enjoy that meal it will be the best ever tasting Yellow. PS.. I love that shot of the fish sticking out of the kill bag because it bigger, I have a couple pictures like that and the shores in the back ground and the big yellow sticking out, it's awesome.

It was my buddy and I next to you that hooked up. It was our first off the kayak too. That triple hook up was pretty epic.
