Could you please make a post about the finer points of "how to bleed and prepare" a Bonita/Yellowtail for a sashimi dish like the one posted above. That is a fine looking finished product. BV |

More plentiful than mac's for sure. I couldn't catch a single mac for bait and nailed 9 Bones with the Croc on the bottom of my sabiki trying a couple of weeks ago.

Great catch - looking forward to my first yellowtail!
I'm curious about the choice of kayak color for the hobies i've seen on this site and on kayak4fish. Seems like their mostly colored Ivory or Moss, is there any reason to this? Less spooky to the fish or less attractive to the Landlord? Thanks
