It can be welded, but I do not take on the liability of cracks that size under the water line. Always a better bet if you can approach the repair from both inside and out. KC Welder, heat gun and scrap polyethylene. I have used some G Flex epoxy and just not as reliable.

I want to get it fixed. I am planning to sell it after it's fixed. But if their is someone that can fix it and would like to buy it. Let me know.
