I picked up another 28" Halibut on Sunday and we love eating them
![]() ...here are a few recipe ideas... Halibut wrapped in prosciutto ham and stuffed with basil leaves and cooked in olive oil. Halibut dipped in Panko with crushed macadamia nuts cooked in coconut oil and topped with mango or pineapple and avocado salsa. Halibut dipped in bread crumbs, fried and then used as fish taco fillings. Halibut marinated in white wine, lime juice, honey, and herbs then BBQ grilled. Baby Killer...LOL ![]()
