La Jolla light has an article on the construction. Hopefully if they make timeline our wait will soon be over.

Ya ya, I know its an excavator but everyone just keeps getting more and more stupider with terms and generalities so I was trying to appeal to a broader market and help capture the groups attention to an ongoing exercise in apparent futility and government waste. Next time Ill be sure and properly label my heavy machinery. Thanks for the correction.
