It's served it's purpose. Honestly, I rarely put ice in it. It's more to have a place to stash fish without getting the yak all messy. But when I've remembered to do so, a few ice packs or frozen water bottles in the bag will definitely keep a catch noticeably colder. I think it was Mark (ski) who showed me the frozen water bottle in a YT mouth trick. Amazing how much cooler the fish is.
