I've walked out to the end of that jetty on a nice day, I've fished it too.. Black Rockfish and Lingcod right from the rocks! That dude is insane though, the waves up there in NorCal are no joke.

I don't care how much alcohol you consume. it can't make you THAT STUPID! He had numerous times he should have backed up and still he kept going forward. That is a slow suicide attempt or he belongs in a mental institution.
