Not to cheat the guy, I'm not going to make them to sell but yesterday I bought a piece of carbon fiber tubing three feet long for $3, I already have a big bag of beads and epoxy and swivels. Instead of attaching the top and bottom swivels to the carbon fiber I will pass a heavy leader through the tub and attach swivels at both ends, use 18" of the tube and epoxy beads at four places on the shaft so swivels can be clipped on and not slide up and down the tube. I'll let you guys know how it works. I bought a box of tackle at a yard sale that had about 10 sabikis in it so I will use them to tie the individual hooks to swivels so the are easy to attach. Now I can leave the sabiki rod home and use a regular rod to catch some bait then just store the sabiki stick and get back to fishing.
