I was going to bring a few tri tips and baked beans on the smoker to make tri tip sandwiches but it looks like every night is spoken for...should I still bring it?

were headed down on Sunday and back up on Saturday the 29th

Sunday is open, but you won't be there.

Maybe you can change nights with some one else.
