I am still deciding, but if I go, can me and Bob have the second night.

I will be bringing stuff that should be eaten fresh and ASAP.

Thanks.

Pollo should be floating around rancho grande/Alphonsinas. Shouldn't be too hard to get a hold of him.

Hey Bob

So glad to hear you are planning on making it down, the crew at the restaurant will all be VERY happy to see you. I'm able to maybe team up with anyone who wants to share any night for dinner at the restaurant and cook up our fresh caught fish.

And now for a report from last week: I fished three days, one at las encantadas and two in gonzaga proper. On the second day I ran into Steve (EOD) from Idaho while fishing Gonzaga. I pulled up to him and his buddy fishing out of PA's and asked him how they were doing and he said, "Hey I've fished with you before!" After he took off his buff/sunglasses I recognized Steve from last year's October trip. Happy to have the company, I fished with Steven and his buddy Brian for the next day and a half. We caught all the usual suspects (Sierras, triggers, spotties) and also got into the skippies (although they were harder for me to catch on the flyrod this time than they were last October). I also caught an 8 pound yellowtail on my 8 weight that put up a great fight. Steve's buddy Brian caught a jack crevalle and Steve caught a nice cabrilla (15 lbs?) that ended up getting us a free lunch at the restaurant in Gonzaga. Fishing wasn't always fast and furious but was plenty good enough to have me stoked to go back in a few weeks

Looking forward to hanging out with the group and especially Senyor Mako!!!!

Thanks Paul for the report. Any pictures of the fish caught, or maybe of the new bathroom?

I don't follow baseball except during the World Series, usually if the Dodgers are playing.

However, this year I will be a Chicago Cubs fan for it is a historical event if they win the series.

I remember there was a TV at the restaurant, and at the hotel at the Bay.

Am I correct to assume they can get the games?

I remember we watched NFL at the restaurant at the bay. It will be great to watch it close by at Jose's place.

Hashem, the TV at the restaurant is kind of hit or miss, depending on how much solar energy they have in reserve. It never hurts to ask and I think our chances of catching a baseball game are good. A nice tip wouldn't hurt .

I didn't take any pictures of the fish, I never remember or seem to feel motivated to take pics when fishing. I know, I know, no pics it didn't happen. As for the bathroom it is nice and clean and looks great.
