Remember the fishing & tackle stores in Laguna?
Buying bait is not a crime...but fishing is.

I can imagine it being that bad down there. I haven't been through that part of town for a while, but it was headed that way 15 years ago. Did you coin the "buying bait is not a crime?" That needs to be on a shirt if it isn't already!
