I always just ran the silicone along the base of that weather stripping. OR you could replace the gasket with trimlock like Ocean kayaks. Or if you really wanted to you could just add trimlock to the hatch itself creating a double gasket.

Tomorrow I gonna seal that front hatch like bassboyc explains.

And after I go to the water I will tell how it goes.

About the pictures, I promess that when I catch a fish has big as the ones I saw in the Pictures Gallery I will post them.(Probably Never)lol

But doesn´t matther I Simply Love Kayakfishing!

My buddy Jasmin had the best solution for leaky eX hatch - duck tape the crap out of it!

If you don't need access, that may as well be the way to go.

Good luck with that, I've just resigned myself to the fact that I'll ship a little water when launching thru the surf.
