I'm not sure, but this could be the black and white model that took the place of the old Eagle Cuda 350 (Lowrance bought out Eagle)? I have the Cuda 350 and it worked great. The Mark 4 may not have all of the bells and whistles though. But depending on what you're using it for, it should be fine for the bays.
