Pretty conclusively pyloric caecum, iow, a natural - edible even, if you didn't have to look at it - part of a fish, as reported above.

My yt wound
My guess is a cookie cutter shark bite, I banged out a nice YT last year and here it is with a fresher bite that hadnt healed yet. I am thinking the YT was under a patty relaxing as they do and was bit by one while in deep waters.
